    In the Call Routing I see the drop down with 1, 2, 3 AND 1,2,3 with arrows pointing up next to the number. What do the numbers with arrows mean?? I understand basic call priority .....

    Need to monitor hot d keys on boss's phone

    Assistant has boss's scr keys on her 1140 set. The scr keys will show if he is on one of those lines but if he uses a hot d key - nothing will display to say he is busy. I tried adding bfs keys to the set under the scr-- should I remove the scr keys and replace with bfs? Are there any...

    If I check for age of call in primary script A - does the timer begin when call hits the master script or when the call hits primary script A ? Also is this different based on the release of CCM?

    Need to change PLDN for HMS

    The voicemail dn is 7000 (mwk, etc) but 8000 is PLDN with Group Hunt 7001 thru 7022. I need to remove PLDN 8000 and replace it with PLDN 4000. How do I do this? Will it affect voicemail in anyway? Biggest question - will there be any service disruption? thanks in advance,

    Can you change dial by name to accept both first or last?

    Where would I find sys admin ? Is it within CallPilot Manager (thought I checked everything here) or is it thru config wizard? I would love to make this work for my client. thanks in advance

    I know I can dial by name - last name then first name BUT is there a way to allow both choices ? Incase I don't know the person's last name...

    I have read the 1165 has 8 keys but only 6 are programmable in the current releases. I have also heard that you progam it as an 1140 which should mean the shift key works and gives you a second set of progammable keys. Can someone tell what keys I can program on an 1165? thanks in advance
