how many programmable keys on 1165 phone ??

I have read the 1165 has 8 keys but only 6 are programmable in the current releases. I have also heard that you progam it as an 1140 which should mean the shift key works and gives you a second set of progammable keys. Can someone tell what keys I can program on an 1165?

1165E is configured as an 1140 on CS 1000 5.0/5.5 and needs patch MPLR28567. Configured as an 1165 on CS 1000 6.0 or later.

On 5.0/5.5/6.0, six DN/Feature keys plus shift gives total of 12.

On 7.0 or later, eight DN/Feature keys plus shift gives total of 16.
