Well their spanky, I have a backup copy of the config. I name mine by version, date and time saved. That would be the one I saved before moving the extensions to different ports. Reloading the backed up config doesn't do a thing, same problem, and the ONLY thing I did was move three extensions...
Hi gang,
I recently picked up a competitors account that has an Avaya IP Office 406. I am kind of jumping in the middle of the way the previous guy set things up (never heard that before huh? :-)) and I am having issues with the "Night Service". Used to work fine, no worky now, and all I have...

Hey CarGoSki!! Went to Control Panel, ran the VM Pro app, setup the SMTP and tested. Tested AOK. Yes the "copy" on the user VMail tab is set and yes the user email address is correct :-) I'm clueless at this point.
Thanks for the help
Hey CarGoSki,
Yes, checked the MAPI preferences and they are (I think?) good to go. I am unclear what you mean by the VM Pro Control Panel Application test? Please explain so i can test the connection.

Mike
Hey gang,
I recently upgraded the IP office unit to 3.2 (53). The OLD software was forwarding the voice mails to emails no problem. Now that I have upgraded the software, loaded it on a new voice mail server, I can't get it to work? It worked with the old software and Outlook Express and haven't...
Just had our first power outage with the our Ip office system. UPS's worked for awhile for power, then died :-(. Shoudln't you be bale to plug a POT into POTS number 1 and get incoming calls? I tried that and the phone wouldn't ring? I could dial out but nothing coming in? Does the power have to...

Good idea, won't be able to try until after 5PM my time. I will let ya'll know!! I think maybe in the new version VM Pro(if I recall correctly) you need to have an Attendant "Module" not sure I will have to check it out as well.
Ya'll ROCK
Thanks,
Mike
Well, then that's the way it is setup and wouldn't work:
*90
VoiceMailNode
Attendant
With Attendant located in the VMPro Client under "Start Points" "Short Codes" Attendant
and no worky :-)
My Short code is:
*90
VoiceMail Node
Attendant (Yes, it's spelled correctly :-)
Attendant is located in "Start Points" "Short Codes" in VMPRO Client. Don't have it under "Modules" or any where else. Works on the old system not on the new. I imported the config into the new system and haven't...
In regard to the *17, yes it works, as a matter of fact if I set the incoming call routes to a *90 AND voice mail collect and call into the Ip Unit, you gte the voice mail attendant BUT if I set the incoming call routes to *90, Attendant, Voice Mail Node, I get nada
