I have noticed that if pass code for conferencing has number 8 it does not work. for some reason number 8 does not generate the tone. any help will be appreciated.

I have a CISCO call manager express for one of our site. the problem we are encountering is that when they make outside calls, the caller id just show their last 4 digits of their number rather than 10 digits. anyone knows how to set the system up to show the 10 digits. Thanks.

my users have problem when they try to join conference calls using their Nortel phones. they enter the pass code using their Nortel phones to participate but it gives them error. they use their cell phone without any problem. dose anyone have any solution or encounter this problem. please...

greetings.... i have a T1 tie trunk from nortel 81C to cisco call manager with unity express. after 11pm any calls to any numbers on CISCO bunce to call pilot and does not go over to cisco. would you please help me to find out why is that? Thanks in advance.

i am sorry, i am not at the site, but i think the vendor define it wrong. I think it should be a PRI TRK and not a DTI. we have a tie trunk to option 11C which is working fine. I think this should be the same. please see the definition for the CISCO. DTI TRK LOOP 60 - ENBL FFMT/LCMT/YALMT...

greetings.... I have a vendor install duel T1 card and defined the tie trunk on that T1. for some reason the ALARM STATUS is RED and it does not communicate for our CISCO phone system. Please help. Thanks.
