time of day use of tie trunk

greetings....

i have a T1 tie trunk from nortel 81C to cisco call manager with unity express. after 11pm any calls to any numbers on CISCO bunce to call pilot and does not go over to cisco. would you please help me to find out why is that? Thanks in advance.

Check in LD 88 and see if there are any SAR
