Stupid question, but how would I do a reboot?

We had a power outage and now we have no music on hold with our Definity system. I checked the source and it is working fine. I tested music on hold with an internal call and an external call and I dont hear anything. Any ideas of what to check? Thanks

How would I check to see if I am licensed for EC500? I did a disp cap, but didnt see anything related to EC500 or mobile.

Is there a way that I can block incoming calls from a specific number, so they cannot call any of our numbers except for one DID number? If not, can I block the number from call 3 or 4 DID numbers specifically? Thanks, Brandon
