We have copper lines in a number of our offices that are used for alarm systems, backup faxes, and failover lines for our phone system. Most of those lines are with AT&T, who has become a nightmare to deal with and they seem to increase their rates every month. Does anyone know of a good...
We had a power outage and now we have no music on hold with our Definity system. I checked the source and it is working fine. I tested music on hold with an internal call and an external call and I dont hear anything. Any ideas of what to check?
