Thanks for responding. It is XP 32 SP3. The only difference is SP3 and new AV software. I guess I'll rebuild it from scratch without those components and see if that cures the issue. Thanks, Mike

I replaced our 2 receptionists PCs with new ones and installed SoftConsole and it just disappears after logging in. I tried the -debug command and the log is not helpful at all. I excluded the Avaya directory from our AV SW and excluded softconsole.exe from DEP. Any troubleshooting advice...
