HiPath 3000 V8 is compatible with OpenStage phones, but the OpenStage 10T is not mentioned in the last release notes. Have you tried the OS10T?

The software comes with the OpenScape Business, so just try myPortal and to use as a softphone use myPortal@work. You need a UC user license per user.
