I have a call pilot 100 attached to a 7.1 CICS. The unit says 2 digit DNs and the CICS is using 2 digit DN's, but while the main greeting (greeting1) is playing, you have to hit 3 digits or you get an invalid exentions. The first digit you type can be any number and then type 21 and it will go...

When the call attendant answers with the greeting, if you hit an extension numberm it tells you it is invalid, but if you type it exactly the same again...it works. Could this be a bad software card?
Thanks!

Thank You. Do I need to enable anything for the RAD at port 30 in case I need to remote in later. I have noticed in the past that ATT especially needs the at least 2 rings for caller ID to work with the different BCMs.

I am an IT tech who is stuck at a remote site with a CICS phone system that is wiped. I need to enable all phone extensions. I want all 4 lines to only show/appear..not ring. No line pools, just want the first 4 buttons to be the lines/line access. The trunk card has 4 lines and...

I plugged the ATAII into a working extension on the BCM200 system and it did not work..took it to the BCM50 system and it worked fine. I did this with 2 units with the exact same results. Is there a default on the ATAII or BCM that I need to change?
Will the 4 lines still show up for the line access if I do this? So I don't have to add the lines to the pool (181, 182, 183, 184), then assign it as Line Pool A, right?
Hi,
I have a client who has a BCM 3.7 200 and wants to do something I have never heard of before but swears his other office with a newer BCM 50 with expansion is doing. He has 4 lines which he wants line access to...like the standard square template. He also wants the phone to find an open...
