We cut over to sip from pri's. Now our ez500 calls only work on incoming calls from Windstream. When we call from within the Avaya system the calls do not ring both the office phone and the cell phone.

We are removing our DSN lines that are tied in with MLPP features. We are on CM8.1. What is the correct procedure do do this?

we upgraded to sip trunking from pri. Now that we do not have any ds-1 lines how to we sync time our 36 g450s and 2 g650s

We use the g650s for 2 wire isdn phones. we have bridge tap and distance issues with some of our buildings. Digital phones will not work. ISDN 4 wire boards will not work. The users do not want analog. Also we cannot use voip because these customers are not on our network.

We have CM8.1 with 36 g450s and to g650s. we are cutting over to sip and the pris are going away. What do we use for a sync source on the G650s now that there will be no Pris plugged into them.

could it be the backplane of the g650? This happened when we had to power down the power unit when we changed out our UPS

655A power supply not working. swapped it with a good power supply from another g650 still not working. checked power cord had 115 volts. when I run test board command it shows no board.

All of my g450s (36) use the address for control ip address and they are in the private network. Can I move the procr to the network region that the gateways are in?
