Hi, We have a 5550 IP Console on an XP-machine. Now the customer want to reinstall it on a fresh WIN7-machine. Is there a possibility to take a backup from the 5550 and restore it on the WIN7? Or is there a trick? Thnx!

Hi , Thanks for your answer. The BLF indeed is of an Hotdesk user but it flashes ALSO when the Hotdesk user is logged in, so that's not normal behaviour! The BLF of another Hotdesk user has normal behaviour: flashes when logged out but doesn't flash when logged in! Any idea's?
