Hi,

Customer has 3 identical hotdeskusers, same COS.
A couple of phones have created a BLF for these 3 extensions.
ONE of them is CONSTANTLY flashing, no matter if he's logged in / logged out. I checked the BLF parameters in the system options but no change. DND and call fW are disabled.

We already deprogrammed all BLF's of this hotdesker and reprogram but no change.
Anyone an idea? Maybe a bug?

If the BLF is of another Hotdesk user and that user is logged out then this is the correct condition for the BLF lamp

Hi ,
Thanks for your answer.
The BLF indeed is of an Hotdesk user but it flashes ALSO when the Hotdesk user is logged in, so that's not normal behaviour!

The BLF of another Hotdesk user has normal behaviour: flashes when logged out but doesn't flash when logged in!

Any idea's?

Are we sure it's a hotdesk BLF and not a MWI indicator?

Any features active on the hotdesk profiles?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Also is the hotdesk user a resilient user?
Perhaps the BLF is detecting OOS on the resilient controller

Thnx for the input!
1/ it's BLF, not MWI
2/ no active features
3/ resilient user but active on main controller
(users that have a BLF programmed of the user are also active on main controller
