Can I provide disconnect tone on an NT8D09 using LDTA & WTA in the class of service, or does this only apply to the NT1R20 OPX line card? If I can, should I set CLS to WTA or WTD? Thanks in advance.

I have a Nortel Opt 11 that is connected to a Cisco UC520. I'm using an NT8D09 to make this connection. My problem is when the nortel analog port is dialed, the Cisco side rings and I can answer. But if there is no one on the cisco to answer and the nortel "hangs up", the cisco does not...

strmwalker, Found that the dongle was the problem. Re-seated and the trouble cleared. This was after a warm and cold reboot. All works good now.

Thanks all! I'll contact my vendor and have them review/ install all current PEP's. I'm somewhat surprised that PEP's come and go so frequently!

I would hope that all PEP's are current. This system has only been on-line for three weeks. I will check and see if there are new PEP's available. Thanks Strmwalker.

I have an nortel 81 w/ succession 4.5 with callpilot server 5.0. I get a critical event almost daily of 40592 but the description of the event code is rather vague....at least to me. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Martin
