i normaly do this with the digital module, but it didnt think it was nessasary for the phone 30??? is there even a bin file 3.2.99 for the phone 30 module?

how is this going??? i have a customer that needs SIP trunks. they already have internet.....all they need is to get SIP trunks? how can i get in contact with NexVortex? are they supported by Avaya? thanks

we have a customer who wants the ip office with SIP trunks. the reason is that almost all their calls are overseas. they are going to have a dedicated cable modem with 8 meg. down and 1 meg up. they need SIP trunks.......i guess they would need a internet SIP trunk provider? does this...

when we come along this problem......when 2 people are sharing the same phone.....we always give each user their own extension number and make them log in and out. that way they can have their own mailbox with their own greetings and so forth......... fast and simple!

we had a proble like this with a system that had all IP phones. we found that the lan port was so busy we could not talk with the control unit. we could see it in manager...but when we put the password in to program we would get the same message. we had to unplug the lan port...plug it back...
