Yes you can replace the screen on all laptops, I did it for Dell for a year. It isn't cheap so if it is not under warranty/ if you are not skilled working on computers or with very small screws id say look into a new laptop.

Craig, You can program a button for extn logout and have a shortcode login such as *45*N# for code and N for telephone number. an example would be *45*1234*2222: the *2222 being the access code under telephony supervisor settings. or just have a logout short code instead of button like *45...
