I know about LogOn feature under AD user. The issues is that we use RADIUS to authenticate Cisco VPN against AD. So, the issue is, that if I setup LogOn feature, RADIUS is rejecting VPN connection. Is there other way to restrict AD users for specific PCs and keep RADIUS happy?

We are going through Upgrade from 9.1 to 10.1 and already have licenses migrated and received .xml file from Avaya. 1. Do we upgrade first and then upload .xml file or 2. Upload .xml file and run upgrade afterwards?

Is started rebooting again. The only part that wasn't replaced yet is SD card, but it was formatted and recreated. From Monitor logs and can't see any specific errors that would point why it reboots, but in all cases SD cards was scanned before the reboot. Also, I saw PRI errors, would PRI...

Update: SD card was formatted and recreated, but it didn't resolve the issue. After that, chassis was replaced. So far no reboots.

Here is update. I removed all cards, ignored the warning and installed v9.1. After that, all greyed out items for hardware that wasn't present magically disappeared. Thanks everybody for your help and ideas.

Why would it show parts that are not installed?

I still have modules greyed out even When I have all modules unplugged. It there a way to clear it out? Those modules might be installed before, but were replaced or removed from the system
