Howdy, I wanted to ask a question...how would I go about it to replace the meridian mail cards in a option 11c switch? Here's my issue: user is stating that they are getting their messages days later. Ex: light comes on, user checks msg, its from last week. thoughts? suggestions? HEP!

Well, the folks at that site say that they are gettin their msgs days after they are left. So im figuring that I can either power down the switch to clear some funky data or just power the MerMail down. Maybe that will fix it.

one other question... the reason im powering it down is because I need to clear up some corrupt data in meridian mail. Can I just reset MM or power the system down to clear up all corrupt data?
