Im working, thank God...but my concern is that I was hired to maintain two option 11c's (offsite) and help the other techs with thier MAC orders on a CS 100 ( thnk thats what it is) that they have here onsite when I dont have any tickets of my own. Today, I was told that I may have to maintain an option 81c (offsite) that may come in February. Im a contractor and I was wondering, should I ask if there is going to be a pay increase if I do have to maintain this Option 81c?
I really dont know any specs like, how many users or anything like that...what i do know is that the contract to maintain that switch is over in February. SO, what would YOU be asking about compensation? or do U even ask and just take the workload?
