Query, My mind has gone blank re this but basically we have a telephone number that come in that goes straight to i2002 phones loacated in our other office, it then rings on one but if that is engaged move to another extension. its no longer needed to do that but i can remeber how to remove it...

the phone is setup so if can forward of that (i2002) by hitting FWD and entering the desired mobile number.
