Hunt group and Voicemail

Hi

this may be a very simple answer but its not clicking in my head at present the cause of it,

I have a hunt group (3 users) which is set to RRB and Mque = All, but its not queuing calls once all the operators are on the phone and is sending them to VM (which doesnt exist)

I seem to be missing something but cant seem to work it out, any help would be appreciated, i just want the calls to queue till answered.

Sorted this now the nite service was coming in to play on busy
