Has anyone else had a problem with loading the .iso file through the web management screen for Release 9.0.5? It get to about 75% and says Operation was cancelled. I did verify the download with MD5 and all is good. Just trying to upload for client PC onsite. Thoughts?
Phone shows the user and covers to voicemail but Polycom does not ring. Shows in the trace that the phone is not available and in a busy state. DND nor forwarding is turned on, on the phone nor the user. Outgoing calls from the Polycom to an extension shows the name and number on the calling...
I cannot even dial from an extension to the Polycom. It goes straight to voicemail and it is showing the phone in a busy state.

Setup a Polycom IP 6000 for customer per Avaya instructions and it works for outbound calls from the phone but no incoming calls to the phone will ring to the phone. Checked all setting and everything is correct per instructions and shows as registered on Monitor.

Well it looks like I am going to have to use Use Internal Data to get all of this work. I was just hoping to avoid having to fill out all of the SIP User data for all of these people. Thank you all for your input.
