    We have a 3300 Cxi (4 VM ports) WE moved to ISDN2 from POTS, so we wanted an announcement on the three 'old' numbers advising of the new number, and then transferring to a multicall key - This all works fine, however it takes up 3 VM ports, which isn't great. Anyone know of another way of doing...

    Hi I have a new 3300 being installed next week. Is the TAPI software included, or do I need to order it separately? I will be using a screen pop application with Goldmine that works with TAPI and has worked on 3300 installations, but I don't know if I need to order any software options. Thanks John
