We recently had a TelMex PRI Installed (VOIP PRI Emulation) and has been a contact battle with them.
The issue is that I can receive inbound calls now, but outbound is not working, users get a busy siganl

I identified the station that has the button assigned to it. All Night Services have been disabled, yet when I try to make a change to the station that has the button assigned, it tells me I cannot anychanges while in Night Mode.

The problem has been solved, it was routing the DNIS to the wrong PRI. AT&T has resolved the problem.
I thought it was an AT&T issue, but the first tester was sure it was a problem...
