    Zultys MX250 and MX Mobile

The vendor has been excellent on this entire project. We're actually working on the last 2 this month. I am pretty sure it's our network. I just need to pull away from everything and check the firewall here and make sure it's not causing the problem. Everyone I talked to said it's usually an...

    Zultys MX250 and MX Mobile

We just put in 3 Zultys systems last September and 2 more in December. Very happy with the product's reliability and features. With the call routing features and switching from analog to PRI these systems are saving us roughly $1500 per month indefinitely. The only problem I am having is on the...

Cell Phone troubles with Auto Attendant

We have 2 Avaya IP 406's Running V3.9 We are having problems when some people call from a cell/mobile phone that it will not recognize their touch tones within the Auto Attendant. For the time being I have set “Timeout and “0” Out on both systems to go to the main offices. But I am getting beat...

    License Module

I wish the programmers and or design people would have put the license module right on the equipment.

    License Module

I have a question about the License module on the VMP server. It plugs in to the parallel printer port on the back of the PC. Is there any way to get around this. The PC’s I bought to replace the old servers do not have a parallel port on them. Would I be able to do this with a PCI or USB 25 pin...

    Random Clicking on all Lines/Handsets

OK Hate to revisit this one, but we're still having trouble.... We have a random clicking on both digital and analog lines. The system has been upgraded as well Here is what's been done so far. 1. Commercial lines tested numerous times 100% clean 2. Wireless access points moved out of server...

    Random Clicking on all Lines/Handsets

Sorry for the gap in response. I've been working other issues. I've come to this idea, but I would like some guidance or tips if possible.... I have 2 systems in different buildings. I was thinking about swapping the contril units, but I'm not sure what is going to be involved. The buildings use...

    Random Clicking on all Lines/Handsets

Westi, I should have clarified before. the T1's are connected to an Adtran and go into the system as DS0s. I do not have T1 settings in the Manager. so far I have roughly 65% of users show incoming calls are clicking, 95% on outgoing and 35% on internal

    Random Clicking on all Lines/Handsets

OK, now I guess I’m back to the beginning. I just verified from about 10-15 people that the click is on all phones (IP and analog) and seemingly building wide as I received complaints from every area. I guess I gotta round up a new switch somehow.
