I have set up an ftp backup which is working fine however the powers that be still want a flash card backup as well as the FTP backups.

what is the largest card you can install in the flash card reader for an S8300. The total backup is about 95 meg with the 128 meg card it will fail after one backup. I added the cabinet and filled it with some fake boards then. with the change circut command then aqdded some fake boards then saved it. then went back in to change circut and removed everything I removed the 01e00 first and then remove everything. saved and that did the trick.

I have a site with an alarm for a power supply on board 01E00 there are only two cabinets in the system 01A and 01B there is a second port network. It wont let me remove the 01E because there is translations on it? How can I remove the translations for this board so I can remove the cabinet??

so here is the update on how I got this to work. I got an old laptop and loaded windows 2000 onit then using the flashtools 2000 i was able to download the .bin file and load to the flash card works great

I power down insert the card (I have tried both Slots ) and nothing I got tyhe cards from Smartmodular and i get nothing but I haven't tried a "factory" card I'll dig one up and try thanks

ok thanks I have been trying to get this done for some time with no luck I'm using the flashtool 2000 with an 8 MB flash card it verifies the file but the partner dosen't see the card and doesn't upgrade. I must be missing something?
