johnpoole, you have been very helpful to me. i was wondering if you could tell me exactly what i need to set. it dials to 7988 which hunts 5485 which hunts 7900 which should hunt original voicemail of 7988. can you outline whihc hunts etc need to be set and what i need in cls

i have the same problem and i have set sfa in all three numbers. however, even though i have set last to rco1 it rings and rings and eventually says no reply. i need it to go to voicemail.

I want to alter my ncos 2 setting. at the moment it allows only freephone numbers and two local which works fine. now i want it to allow a mobile and it wont. i have done it the same as for the local which works fine. am i missing something
