Realitis Programming Commands
SN stands for spare number. This is number on the system that has not been assigned to a physical extension channel, using the NCH command for example.- jaffer63

Analogue Disconnects...
If the connection is analogue I believe the clear down timer needs to be at least 400mS for the Realitis to see the disconnect.- jaffer63

Most helful advice I can give regarding DS-Win is backup the directory. Easiest way is to copy your *.dsw & *.dsv file.- jaffer63
