Hi Guys,
Does anybody have any tips on the line settings required to get a Dialogic Telephony card to correctly detect disconnects on a Realitis pabx?

I was told that the Realitis can use line drop (not tone) to disconnect.

I recently was able to use a setting on a Siemens HiPath pabx (SSTN I think it was called) to provide line drop functionality - is this also available on the Realitis?

I'm not a telephony expert - but need to gather this information to troubleshoot problems with implementing a telephony server that uses the Dialogic telephony solution connected to a Realitis pabx (software version 6.1)

Many thanks in advance,
Dino

If the connection is analogue I believe the clear down timer needs to be at least 400mS for the Realitis to see the disconnect.
