Hi there, I am just looking for some clarity on Media Manager and off system recordings.
I have MM setup on the seconds HDD as per documentation and have now setup a connector to a NAS device and recordings are being copied to that hard disk.
The docs use the word Archive for NAS connectors...
Hi @critchey.
The pic includes all the variants that I have tried individually, however it does not change the CLI presented. This is my first system in the USA that I have setup and was wondering if there is some funny location specific issue that I may have missed.
Thank for looking for me
Hi there.
I have a strange one
On my incoming sip trunk invite my FROM and TO look to be normal:
From: <sip:+27119129359@avoxi.io>;tag=fd866992-9ae6-4769-92b5-8936a00a0d37
To: <sip:17042083450@avoxi.io>
P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:+27119129359@avoxi.io>
I can route the call on the IP Office to...
Hi there, and thank you for the valuable feedback.
However the original question was not actually answered, and why I wanted that answered (knowing it is not 100%) right is as follows:
1) Each Server edition is only capable of supporting 750 DECT users
2) This is a full Cloud solution with no...
Advice required please.
I have a client that we have 4 x Subscription server Editions setup in their network, with more to follow.
I need SCN to work in this environment, and shortcodes and a sip trunk are not the solution to intersite calling as the ext prefixes are too varied.
If I add a IP...
Hi AACon.
Thanks for the answer, I will give that a try, I had already loaded the second hard Drive, but had not removed the second one, so MM had not seen it.
Cheers
Hi there.
Does anyone know the proper procedure to increase a secondary drive size on a Virtual IP Office WITHOUT LOSING THE RECORDINGS?
I can increase the drive size easy enough on VMware, when I boot up the IP Office and go view the partition on port 7071, it reflects the new hard drive size...
Hi there.
I have just launched a new Avaya ASBCE for remote worker on IP Office, it is on the Portwell CAD 230. To add the licences I have enabled the local WebLM.
The problem is it does not give a server ID to assign the PLDS licence too.
Has anyone had this issue before?
I then assume the below relates to that step:
3rd party Certificate
NOTE: This is needed only when 3rd party Certificate Authority is used for generating Identity Certificates for SBCE and IP Office
The procedure to generate such certificate is out of scope of this doc, it is customer’s...
So this is what I am going to create:
The Subject alternative format will be: DNS:phone.mycompany.com, IP:123.123.123.123, URI:sip:phone.mycompany.com
The next question is according to the docs, this needs to be on the IPO as well, the reason I say this this is because all my attempts thus far...
So I have for example the below:
CN - phone.mycompany.com
FQDN - phone.mycompany.com
sip Domain - phone.mycompany.com (this is set on the IPO and OneX)
SIP URI - SIP:phone.mycompany.com
So my Subject alternative would be like this? DNS:phone.mycompany.com (Do I put an IP Address in here?)...
Thanks for the feedback.
I generate a CSR on the SBC, and send the req file off, I then get a .crt file and a CA cert back from Gandi. Should I maybe not create this on the SBC, and generate it online? Also should I put the IP in the cert?
I have seen a few ports that refer to making the req...
HI there.
So I am suffering big time trying to get this to work, but with a dreaded and hated ASBCE.
I need a 3rd party cert, which I have created many times over and still cannot get it to work, and the response from Avaya is we do not support 3rd party certs.
The docs they provide are all...
