Hi there.
Does anyone know the proper procedure to increase a secondary drive size on a Virtual IP Office WITHOUT LOSING THE RECORDINGS?
I can increase the drive size easy enough on VMware, when I boot up the IP Office and go view the partition on port 7071, it reflects the new hard drive size, however the size if the /additional-hdd/ does not increase. I would really prefer not to have to copy 500G of recording off only to put them back on a new drive if I format it.

There has to be a way to increase the size of the /additional-hdd/ mount partiotion.

Hoping for an easy solution :)

Honestly, I think it's easier to just create the new 2nd drive in the size you need and mount it as a third drive (stop media manager), copy everything over, dismount the existing drive, and mount the new one. Then at least you'll still have the old drive as a backup in case something goes wrong. 500gb will take a while, but better than losing everything accidentally.

Hi AACon.

Thanks for the answer, I will give that a try, I had already loaded the second hard Drive, but had not removed the second one, so MM had not seen it.

Cheers
