Our system have 7 phone lines. Sometimes the call would come in as "intercom" and we can't put on hold for another extension to pick up. How do I fix this ? I'm sure there is a simple way of resigning this to a designated line. http://www.intlpet.net

I agree with goaoz you should look into upgrading not downgrading. The support for win xp is much better than win 2k. You should upgrade to win xp pro and do all your updates. There are a few good few antivirus out there such as avg. A spyware and adware remove program is also a necessity. Don't...
