Kyle, I found it! In the AAM server select messaging..In the section Messaging System select Sites (We have several) I selected mine and started scrolling and looking..... at the very last thing i found was this.. And when i hit [lay..guess what it says lol.. Yup there is the greeting...

Mystery Solved.. The voice mail emails are going to the junk folder… Why just 1 or 2 sites would do it when no other sites are having an issue.. ?? well... I doubt I’ll ever get an answer to that :) but lowering your filter level to none in Outlook will fix the issue, or just look in your junk...

Release 7.0 If you're having fax issues be sure your analog cards are FW102 not FW103. I could write a short thesis on what we did troubleshooting fax issues once we migrated from Nortel to Avaya Red but this is what turned out to be our problem.
