Quick Update!!
When I use Restore PVD it works, but in the Directory of Shared Recording Files it will copy all of the PVDs no matter of what folder and subfolder it was on it. It's a complete mass.
Therefore, I went to "Housekeeping> Status> Orphan Recovery" and prior to that I was created a...
Found it!
Under Housekeeping> Status> Restore PVDs
Click on Run and give it the directory includes all the PVDs and then click on OK, It restored all of my files.
Thank you all
Hello guys,
We have an old MiVCR that we lost all of the data on it and the only thing that we have is the vmdk disk including all the PVD files.
I asked to our developer team to help me out on creating a report based on MiCC reports and attach the appropriate PVD to them.
So, here is the...

This problem can be solved by going to YourSite Explorer> Media Servers> Location> "Set minimum and maximum digit to dial locally" to default value which is 0
Then run summarize data again.
Hi
We need to restrict some supervisors for not having access to the others supervisors agents list and their shifts.
Is there any way to do this?
PS: I'm aware that we can restrict the monitoring (MiContact Client) for supervisors and create some profiles, but I couldn't find anything to...
Thank you for your reply.
-yes, original file works finely.
-I want to customize front facing. I have 4 different queues and each one needs a unique public-facing.
-when I press f12 and then reload the page I receive this error: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of...
All queues are working properly. But when we try to change the default chat page for each queue I have the problem.
We have MiCC release 8.

Hello everyone,
Recently, I was trying to customize the queue public-facing for different queues.
According to the documents, I edited chat.public.config.js (Down the list, ChatQueues) and when I did refresh the related web page nothing showed up. When I try to edit the DefaultConfig (without...
Recently, I've tried to use Ignite for SMS.
According to the documentation, after registering in Twilio, we have to send a request url to: http://twimlets.com/echo?Twiml=%3CResponse%3E%3C%2FResponse%3E&.
Unfortunately, I was not able to do that. Any of you have any idea about making a request...
Hi,
I have an SIP trunk with PSTN.
We use different phones such as Mitel 6940, 5320e, 5312 and 5505-Sip.
All of them act finely on incoming and outgoing calls.
But also, we have some 6863i sip phones. In outgoing calls we haven't had any problems. But incoming calls make me a little bit...
Firstly, you must use port number 5060 in the network element.
Secondly, in the sip peer profile, in SDP option, set "Enable Mitel proprietary SDP" and "Force sending SDP in initial invite - early answer" and "prevent the use of IP Address 0.0.0.0" and "repeat SDP answer if duplicate offer is...
It seems to me a network security problem.
Are the IP Addresses rage of these phones differ than others?
Solution 1, Check the phones on different network node and then see what happens.
Solution 2, Connect the phones directly to your 3300 controller Lan 2 (using a POE) and then test the phones.
Hi,
I ran a SIP trunk via MBG and I have the number 78434XXX. For the Fax I should set the number of 222.
I have T.38 and Compression licenses and also I installed DSP II card.
I set 222 as generic sip and registered it in "ventafax server". I can send fax but for receiving I have 2 problems...
Problem is solved!!
for those who concern, the problem was due to an IP problem related to Call Server IP Address.
I connected to the MXe III directly using RS-232 serial port and used "bootChange" command on vxWorks screen and rewrite all the IPs and then reboot the system.
That's all.
cheers
