I have had the automotive attendent system setup successfully for months. I recently added outcalling on the messaging system (which is the only change I made). Now, instead of having 4 rings before the AA pickups up, it goes directly into the AA. If I reset the system, it works perfectly...
I want to change the dial by director WAV file that states "Enter the persons name....". I have been able to do this with the autoattendants, but how/where do I do this for the other prompts?
Thanks!
I want to simply allow selected users to place international calls (011-xxxx...). I've read up on the allowed lists and ARS but it doesn't seem to be clear?
Thanks!
I must be missing something very simple. I setup line 806 as my loudspeaker paging in AUX setup and have the paging system installed. How do I initiate a page to the loudspeaker like the 799 paging of the phones?
I have Messaging 4.0 in which I'm trying to change the IP address so I can use it on my lan. I have been able to connect via the lan port by changing the IP address on my computer to match that of the system, but it only works with the sysadmin user login. The tech1000 that I have read about...
mmmm. I made the change and still have the "call denied" error. It turns out several lines had 70 setup as a personal line, so I removed those as well and still have the error. Any other thoughts?

I have checked that all the lines are fine in the 70 pool. When you pick up a phone and press 9, you get a dial tone and when you try to dial anything, you get a "call denied" error. I must be missing something simple?
All of the phones work fine on this module expect my logical ID 12 port. The phone just blinks the message light over and over and click when you pick up the handset. I have tried different phones, wiring, etc and it all seems to be related to ID 12 port.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
