Ok, thanks to anyone who replied. Fortunately she didn't use shift delete so I was able to retrieve all emails using "recover deleted items" from the user who deleted them.

I have tried but, looking at the Administrator account seems that there is no username associated with it.

by the way I just tested my server for open relaying at http://www.abuse.net/relay.html and it passed (didn't relay anything I mean)

I have user who tells me and I confirmed that, when she accesses OWA at home some spam is in her inbox and only when the user logs on to Outlook in the office then the spam that was in her inbox is moved to Junk Folders. Has any one seen experienced such event or has any ideas for me, thanks.
