Ok, thanks to anyone who replied. Fortunately she didn't use shift delete so I was able to retrieve all emails using "recover deleted items" from the user who deleted them.

Nervermind, I discovered the problem it is just the viewing option in Outlook 2003. Clicking Folder List changed the view and I was able to see it. Thanks to those who were trying to come up with an answer.
