    New Windows 10 build and new RES install. Database manager keeps giving errors and crashing. "Access violation at address 7613D059 in module 'combase.dll. Read of address FFF078EC" Windows 10 is on 22H2. Have windows updates disabled and only updates on system are. (KB5031988) (KB5037768)...

    Getting "table entry not found" error when doing transfer check between revenue centers. enabled option bits 47- Transfer of checks between revenue centers. Also added other revenue centers for transfer in RVC Parameters.

    Misspelled its stuck on "updating POS sales status" This happens when we connect one of the terminals. If we leave it disconnected from the system it works fine. As soon as we bring it online all screens get stuck.

    Installed OPI on RES 3700 with Native Driver. Does it require CaOPI setup too and separate tenders for Pay at Table? Anybody have a guide on how they set this up.

    Simphony OPI printing receipt on credit card machine

    yes, payments are going through and the check closes in simphony. When the credit card says closing check, its triggering a print to a receipt printer we set for the POSAPI Client in EMC. And it also prints a little receipt on the credit card machine itself.

    Simphony system is setup with OPI. When payment is made a short receipt is printing on the credit machine OPI log shows a section for ppcheckprintlines. What triggers this to print? <ppCheckPrintLines> <string>^^[pl1] </string>...

    Just a note, if anybody else comes across this. Found that the IP of the server was not correct in MDSHost. Recreated MDShost file and now going to test.
