RES 3700 Database Manager combase.dll errors crashing

New Windows 10 build and new RES install. Database manager keeps giving errors and crashing.
"Access violation at address 7613D059 in module 'combase.dll.
Read of address FFF078EC"

Windows 10 is on 22H2. Have windows updates disabled and only updates on system are.

FYI, Windows 10 22H1 doesn't have this issue.
