there are no endpoints in the Gateway sets form but I have 8 FXS ports on the EX controller.

i tried that and it said no endpoints available. In the EX controller GUI I can see the FXS ports and they all say Idle. Am I suppose to freate another profile for the FXS ports?

Type II PRI from Telco smart jack. Telco NOC mentioned the same thing about the CODEC mismatch. Is there a way to force a particular codec on the PRI?
