Hi yes I mean the switchboard ie;receptionist ,the caller is on a call has two intercoms yes the display is there once he answers,but just the trunk number when looking at the display before picking up the call.the line is a did the pilot number multiples of 6 on three sets all are set to appear...- hairybare2

Hi have another question when you recieve a call from the switchboard and get caller id ,but if you are busy with on a call and a second call is transfering you only get a line number ie 023 instead of name display is thier a reason for this they do have two intercoms??- hairybare2

Hi I have a pri with a NI2 proticol in two sites one site allows name display of customers circuit ie abc 416-555-1212 the other site says unknown name 416-555-1313 I was wondering if there is away to prove to the carrier that they control the name display .I have tried everything but no luck...- hairybare2
