Hi I have a pri with a NI2 proticol in two sites one site allows name display of customers circuit ie abc 416-555-1212
the other site says unknown name 416-555-1313 I was wondering if there is away to prove to the carrier that they control the name display .I have tried everything but no luck for name display .please help thxs.

2 Telco carriers are the same for each site
Same system each site

1 site gives Name and Number ok
Other site gives out Unknown Name and Number
(OLI and Business Name not programmed)


When trying to override Unkown by inserting a name in Business Name it does not override, however when setting an OLI as a test it does override.

So need to know if carrier issue?

It's Telco, if both sites same s/w level, both sites NI2. One site name and number. Other site unknown and number. Have Telco show up with a Tberd and show how they get name and you don't.

Yes that is correct same carrier same protocol same company same city a few miles away from each other

Also depends if the TELCO is using a Rebilled site at A or Z and therefore two carriers.
