The rows aren't hidden. If you look at the attachment in my original message, you can see rows 22 and 23 are there but the row numbers and data aren't displayed. You can also see that cell F22 is selected and displays at the top of the page, but not in the cell. The cell is formatted for...
Odd thing going on here. One of our users has problems with data not showing up occasionally. The row numbers and data disappear, but are still there, as shown on the attached.
Anyone seen this before?
Yes, tried this one first using the DOD settings. Ran for about 1/2 hour, but my basic free undelete program still pulled up dozens of directories, and I could restore files.
Yea, I was too, but it's a lot more work since it wipes out the F11 Restore option. I see all these "Wipe free space" programs floating around and using one of these seems like the ideal solution. If only they worked!
Thanks,
Has anyone tested a Wipe Free Space program?
I'm trying to prep old laptops for resale. I've re-imaged the hard drive using the F11 restore from hard drive, and run the Wipe free space from 3 different vendors.
My test results are based on an NTFS Undelete program. I ran this prior to wiping...
I had doc manager working fine on our Windows 2003 Terminal server, but can't get it to install correctly on our new Windows 2008 R2 x64 Remote Desktop Services server.
The desktop Icon doesn't show up and anytime you click open or save in Word or Excel the screen freezes.
I tried changing...

We're currently running Windows XP on our desktops. The volume control in Remote Desktop on our new 2008 R2 X64 server is x'd out. Do we need XP drivers loaded onto the server?
Best guess at this point would be to check the connection from the Modem to the router/Switch, ensure they're communicating with each other at full speed.
Where is the wireless being generated? Is the Modem wifi, or is the router handling it?
I'm trying to put a date 7 days from today into a Word document. So far I've found the easiest way is through a macro using the dateadd function, but I can only get it formatted in the System's Short Date format, which is currently set to yyyy-mmm-dd, so I get 2008-Jun-26 when I'd like June 26...
look under tools, options, file locations and see where the user templates are stored. That's the location normal.dot should be located. Try renaming normal.dot - when you re-open Word it should create a new copy. If that works, you can copy any templates or settings back using Tools...
