The error has been found. I found that to set the forward unconditional number from voicemail pro, the user extension and base extension must be the same. So I created a base extension 6636 as h.323. and then if data from voicemail pro to ip office and I can set forward number by calling VMPro...
The user don't have access to the phone. She is on the road and wants to change the forwarding number. It works fine if she uses twinning and changes the twinning number in from VM pro. But with twinning the phone rings in the office and they don't want that.
