    Thank you both. I forgot to mention that after awhile system status does say boot failed, and I can do a shutdown and restart from system status. I did do a power down of the UC module and the IP Office while the HDMI cable is plugged in and nothing shows up after restart. Thank you again.

    Under system, what do you have phone file server type set to? if its set to Manager then Manager has to be running on the PC that is connected to the system.
