Thanks. I'm running ca_devmgr nightly to inventory the tapes and no issues now with ArcServe not finding a tape. Wish I could backup to disk first then tape. I don't have enough storage right now and no budget for a NAS this year.

Yes. I used RLI 1 when adding a missing area code.

That got rid of the fast busy when I dialed that number, but it's not ringing. Should I enter anything after such as the RLI number? I was using 1 as the RLI number.

I know how to add a missing area code with ld 90 thanks to this forum. This time I need to add missing prefix. Is is the same process, but with a different TRAN command?
