it is a normal sharepoint site. I didn't create it one of the guys i work with did. I work with both main site and subsites. yeah i don't understand why that is not ther. Do i add anything into that url like the site name or something as i tried it the wab you put it and doesn't work Elizabetht

I have no prior knowledge about sharepoint until my company decided to start using it. I have learned stuff by getting books, playing around basically on our sharepoint site to figure things out and asking questions on here and to people i work with to try and figure it out. I am still testing...

i would say check the permissions on this persons account or see if their firewall is blocking pops from telling them to allow the information on that site. Elizabetht
