I recently re-installed a partner ACS 3.0 system with a 6.0 upgrade card and a "PARTNER Messaging" module (ID # V700323207). All seems fine except that when I press intercom and dial 777 I get a busy signal. The green light is illuminated on the Messaging module.

We are working on a Partner ACS system. Can I setup 2 buttons on the same extension to forward to 2 different outside lines?

If an extension that is part of a calling group is forwarded will all calls to that group be forwarded ?

Is it possible to replace my 308 acs r3 with a 509 r8 or will I have to change my other 308 modules as well? Is there someplace that I can view the additional features of the 509 r8 vs. the 306 r6? I'm trying to decide on upgrading with a r6 card vs. a new 509 r8 module.
