This trouble has now been resolved. The problem with the Greetings not working was caused (by the dufus (me)) from assigning the overflow point for the HG to the VM DN. Thank you Dasheen and Snowman50 for your assist. Happy New Year.

Yes the AA is set to answer after 4 rings. L61 and 62 are assigned to be answered by the AA. This was working fine and everything is working with the exception of the Company Greeting being skipped.

I installed a BCM50 which worked great for 2 weeks. The calls are supposed to ring in on a hunt grp key(2 sets Loc221 and Loc222),ring 4 times and if unaswered are then answered by the AA. After a few seconds the call then rings back at Loc221 on the intercom key(rings 5 x's)and if not answered...

Here is an update. The GMB is disabled. The MB is 221 and is assigned to 221. I tried a different set(that I know is working properly) and no change. The M7208's are Rel 16 or newer. I tried an M7310 (REL 23)and the MSG shows up correctly. Changed the port and MB to 224 to get her going. I will...

Good suggestion norstarboy. I am pretty sure that the VM Box is assigned to 221 but I will look at the status of the GD because it may be a conflict if it has somehow become enabled. Thank you.

Yes the extension is assigned. Everything was working fine until a power outage and the only thing that appears not to be functioning correctly is Local 221 MBox. Is there a way to reset the Message indicator so that I don't have to do a STARTUP on this CPilot?

Upon further investigation, the first 4 lines are on the motherboard and it is decision time....buy a new KSU (Norstar which I like better) or a used D816 Hybrid. The choice now depends on what the customer wants to spend.

Thank you cwc3. This solves this problem. I am a little concerned that since CO1 is now bad, how stable are the rest of the trunks. Are there shared circuits that will now cause a failure in CO3?
