what's even more strange, to me anyway, is that when i call a twinned divice, it now passes the CLI through, so i'm no longer getting the main office number.
it's possible that they did so that calling back from their missed call log would work. We are using "9" to access a trunk out. Someone else set this up originally.
you're right, didn't see that until Tom asked for the ARS table and you confirmed it.
Is Ns sufficient then? or do i need something else? and can i make this change w/o affecting outbound dialing during business hrs?
