Awesome... Way to go Avaya. Does your SC run as 1.0.0.0 after applying the new files, or does it run as 9.1.something?

Sooooo. Update: I installed the new files. When SC launched it showed up as Version 1.0.0.0 It seemed to login and run just fine. However when the user logged out and tried to log back in it wouldn't launch. Looked in at SSA and it showed that the Receptionist license was still in use...

Its going on about that long for me as well.

Ok, Do I need to remove the original files so that it doesn't try to open using the old?

Do I load this on top of the current SC version or do I need to uninstall the current then load this?

teletechman Any chance you have the file and can share it rather than have to go through that whole ordeal?

When you say application? You mean the BAT file or the SC itself? In regards to the BAT file, yes it has been run as admin. The weird part of the whole thing is that it will run fine for most of the day and then it will just randomly lock up and has to be restarted.

Im having this same issue. I have run the AvayaFW.bat file. Even checked that port 50796 is in the .BAT file and while it was running looked to see that it was opened and said OK. Any other bright ideas out there?

I am looking at replacing an existing NEC neax 2400 IMS with and IP Office 500. The current config is mostly analog extensions but its approx. 400 or so extensions total, so I already need to use 2 PBX and will connect with an SCN. I have a spreadsheet that the customer provided that has the...
